Precast Wall Panel Installation Robot

    Next-Generation Precast Partition Wall Panel Installation Robot

    Specifically developed for precast construction sites, this wall panel installation robot is engineered for the precision installation of ALC panels, acotec panels, and other type of precast wall panels up to 6 meters in height. This Alc wall panel robot integrates a high-strength mechanical structure with an intelligent hydraulic control system, ensures installation accuracy while substantially reducing manual labor intensity and enhancing both construction efficiency and on-site safety.


    The core highlight lies in its dual-mode manual-automatic integrated operation, allowing users to flexibly select between the following two control methods based on site conditions:


    Operation Mode 1 – Wireless Remote Control (Standard Handheld Transmitter)

    Operators can achieve full-machine control from a safe distance via the portable handheld remote terminal, with functions including:

    • Travel & Steering: Forward/reverse movement, in-place turning, and fine-position shifting, suitable for confined or complex working areas.
    • Hydraulic Actuation System: Control of clamp opening/closing,  horizontally picking-up wall panels , panel rotation, vertical erection,  lateral shifting and frongt-rear alignment.

    This mode keeps the operator clear of hazardous zones, offers an unobstructed field of view, and is particularly advantageous for elevated or edge‑working scenarios.


    Operation Mode 2 – On‑Machine Manual Controls (Reserved Mechanical Handle Interfaces)

    The machine also retains physical interfaces for traditional hydraulic control levers and travel handles, enabling direct local operation alongside the machine. This mode provides:

    • Independent Travel Control: Speed adjustment and direction switching via the travel handle.
    • Multi‑Circuit Hydraulic Valve Control: Independent manipulation of clamp opening/closing, wall panel tilting, and lifting/lowering actions, rotatation ,shifting and frongt-rear alignment etc .with direct tactile feedback and rapid response.
    • Emergency Backup Advantage: In cases of remote signal interference, low battery, or when ultra‑fine adjustments are required, the manual mode offers a reliable alternative to ensure uninterrupted operation.

    The two operation modes can be switched seamlessly and are mutually complementary—meeting the demands of high‑efficiency automated wall panel installation workflows while accommodating traditional operating habits and contingency responses. With a compact design and robust power output, this wall panel installation machine stands as an ideal solution that combines flexibility, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness for modern wall panel installation projects.
