 Machine Overview:
The JQT Precast Double wall panel extruder Machine enables simultaneous production of two precast concrete partition panels with a 600mm width or other customized width, significantly enhancing production efficiency and workshop space utilization.

Production Principle:
This precast wall slab machine integrates multiple processes—material distribution, vibration, molding, extrusion and demolding—into a single operation. The main motor transmits power to the gearbox via a belt pulley. The gearbox’s output shaft drives the rotation of spiral auger within a forming cavity composed of the machine frame, vibrator (oscillation unit), and base. The concrete material from the hopper is continuously fed into the forming cavity. Under the combined effects of the spiral auger’s extrusion and the vibrator’s continuous compaction, the material undergoes resonance, achieving uniform densification and precise dimensional shaping. The compacted panels generate a reactive force against the rotating augers, propelling the machine forward to enable continuous production. A forming scraper at the machine’s rear ensures a smooth surface finish on the extruded panels.

   • Key wear components: feeding Auger (>80,000 meters), vibration plate (>100,000 meters), and side mouding plates (>60,000 meters).
