Purpose of Machine
Concrete Wall Panel making Machine is primarily designed to produce precast hollow-core concrete wall panels. These panels are mainly used as building partition walls, serving as an alternative to traditional red bricks and concrete blocks.The panels feature 3 to 12 circular holes (cores) depending on thickness, with a standard width of 60 centimeters. Their thickness ranges from 6 cm to 230 cm depend on customer's requirement and project needs.Additionally, the finished panels can also serve as perimeter fencing panels and foundation pile cap formwork.
Machine Working Principle:
This concrete hollow core wall panel machine integrates multiple processes—feeding, vibration, molding, and demolding—for precast wall panel production into a whole unit. The main motor transmits power via a pulley to a reduction gearbox. The output shaft of the gearbox drives a rotating augers within a molding cavity formed by the machine frame , a vibrating body, and the base platform. The mixed material from the hopper is continuously conveyed into the molding cavity. Within the cavity, the material is subjected to dual actions: extrusion from the rotation augers and continuous vibration from the vibrator. This induces resonance, causing the material to be progressively compacted and densified until it achieves the required shape, dimensions, and density.Simultaneously, the densified panel exerts a reaction force against the rotating augers. This force propels the concrete wall panel machine forward continuously, enabling continuous production.
Materials for Machine working
The precast concrete wall slab machine in this series utilize ordinary Portland cement as the binder, and low-carbon steel wire (2-3.5 mm diameter) as reinforcement material. The steel wires are arranged in upper and lower protective cover layers of the wall panel.Aggregates such as expanded perlite, ceramsite, furnace slag, fly ash, slag sand, and river sand are employed in the mix.Featuring an innovative process and advanced technology, it reduces production costs while enhancing product quality and production efficiency. This equipment serves as the essential machinery for manufacturing lightweight partition wall panels.
Work Site Requirements
The operating site for the machine must feature a concrete-hardened ground surface with a compacted and leveled foundation. The flatness tolerance must not exceed 2 mm within any 2-meter section. The site length should be a minimum of 50 meters, with 100–130 meters being the optimal range to minimize machine turnaround frequency and enhance production efficiency.
Depending on the client's climatic conditions and geographical environment, the production site may be arranged in:
① Open-air layout;
② Temporary shelters;
③ Standardized workshops.
Concrete Wall Panel Making Machine
