    Innovative wall panel installation equipment

     Design intention:

    The purpose of designing this wall panel lifting machine is to reduce the labor intensity of the installing workers, avoid safety accidents, and improve the efficiency of partition wall panel installation.

    Working principle:

    The power system of this precast wall panel handling machine primarily consists of a hydraulic power system and an electric drive system.

    The electric drive system employs a 48V DC motor to power the electric drive axle, enabling forward and reverse movement of the machinery. The use of an electric drive axle effectively reduces the labor intensity for workers when handling panels. The vehicle’s forward and reverse motion is controlled via a handle, while an emergency handbrake power-off mechanism is integrated into the braking system. By engaging the handbrake lever, operators can immediately cut off power to the drive motor, ensuring precise control over the machine’s movement.

    This wall panel installation machine operates as an electro-hydraulic device, powered by batteries. The hydraulic oil pump serves as the power output, generating high-pressure oil flow through the hydraulic pump station. This pressurized oil is then directed through a multiple hydraulic directional valve to control the machine’s lifting, support, lateral shifting, 360-degree rotation, and operation of the hydraulic clamp.
