Design purpose of L wall panel extruder ：

In practical applications, with the traditional solution, the two wall panels used at the corner will be squeezed by the other wall panels on both sides of the corner, which is prone to deform, crack or separate from each other. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an L-shaped wall panels with high connection strength of each layer and stable internal structure to meet the use of corners. The design of L-shaped wall panel extruder machine can perfectly solve this problem.

As the name suggests, the wall panels produced by our L shape wall extruder have an L-shaped appearance. The two arms of the L-shaped wall panel are designed with grooves. When installing, the grooves on both sides are combined with the protrusions of the two I-shaped conventional wall panels.Then just fill a small amount of caulking mortar in the joints of the wall panels.
